Who's responsible
We are responsible for your information across every location. Inka Flames Inc is the controller of the personal information described here for all of our locations; choosing a different location to order from does not change who is responsible for your information. Our ordering technology is provided by DineIn Labs, LLC through its Statio platform ("Statio"), which processes information on our behalf and on our instructions as our service provider. Statio does not use your information for its own marketing and does not sell your information.

When you use the Site or place an order, we collect:
• Contact and identity information — your name, email address, and phone number.
• Location selection — the restaurant location you choose to order from, for pickup or delivery.
• Order information — the items you order, order history, special instructions, pickup or delivery selection, and delivery address (if applicable).
• Payment information — payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive a payment token and limited details (such as the card brand and last four digits) needed to manage your order.
• Communications — messages you send us and your preferences for email or text communications, including consent and opt-out records.
• Technical information — basic device and usage information needed to operate the Site, such as IP address and general interaction data.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

• Messaging providers — to deliver the email and text messages you have asked to receive. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business or any of our locations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share your information among our own locations only as part of operating as a single business.

Text Messages (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send the messages you requested. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
