Inka Flames began with a belief that the food of the Inca empire deserves fire, ceremony and a full table.
Our founders carried recipes from Peru's coast and highlands to a corner of River Road — minutes from New York City and the Meadowlands. The grill is the heart of the room: anticuchos over charcoal, ceviches cured in leche de tigre, saltados fired in the wok.
